What's your favourite flavor?

My favourite general single ice cream flavour is pistachio, closely followed by butterscotch, and no I don't have allergies.
As for my favourite ice cream brand, I like Ben & Jerry's. I think my current favourite of theirs is Spectacu-love, although there are many that I like.

Ben and Jerrys used to do an amazing one as part of their "cores" series which was like, vanilla ice cream on one side, peanut butter on the other, with a raspberry jelly/jam "core" in the middle of the tub. I've not been able to find it for years and years. They do another nice part of the same series of ice cream tubs which is chocolate on one side, I think vanilla on the other, with a caramel "core" in the middle.
For more conventional flavours it's hard to go wrong with chocolate. Green and blacks did an amazing chocolate ice cream, I think waitrose used to sell it but I've not been to a waitrose in forever so not sure if it's still going.
