The first step is to learn basic calculus.

https://www.calc.guide/

Then learn basic calculus-based physics using any standard calculus based text, like the ones by Young and Freedman, Serway, Halliday Resnick and Walker,. You can find cheap books at bookfinder.com

Then use the more advanced text by Halliday, Resnick, and Krane. Optionally, watch these lectures as a supplement/initial explainer: https://oyc.yale.edu/physics/phys-200

On the side, you can look at earlier BPhO papers like the senior physics challenge and the physics challenge, COMPOS, PAT prep resources, and Upgrade Your Physics. I highly recommend COMPOS if you're in a state school, as it's free.

Once you've finished most of the end of chapter problems in HRK, you can start the physics handouts by Kalda and Kevin Zhou

Look at the US AP calculus AB exam, or if you want to go more in depth, do MIT OCW 18.01SC
