How do you cope with academics and extracurriculars and with sensory overload? I’m 15 btw with official diagnosis of ADHD

Do short revision sessions, like 30 mins max. Try having background noise, look at youtube for river sounds or sm but make it quiet enough not to distract too much. Try getting into sports, so do something intense which will tire you out, it will help to keep you a bit more focused when you go to study.
