Lost+Rant

Is it usual to feel the burnout of being lost on track? Like you feel you're onto nowhere and nothing and it's frustrating but more like tiring? Is it just me? I know I'm putting great efforts to do my best to get the grades but everything seems so off track now and I don't even know anymore

re-evaluate your goals and maybe create a plan of where you want to be and how you plan to get there. some detail will help, being vague such as 'become a lawyer' wont be very helpful, something like 'achieve the grades to study law at undergraduate level at UCL for which the entry requirements are XYZ. i am going to do this by improving my English grade by utililising X youtube channel which is a great resource for exercises that improve my writing skills'. when I have felt like this I have made clearer goals in different areas of my life including my fitness, studies and hobbies which really helped to get rid of that feeling of being on the road to nowhere. hope that helps

If you have already done your exams or are about to do them it is probably not the best time to worry about grades. Everything will work out fine.

I should try that... I'm just kind of tired of how everything is off track right now which kind of makes me fall behind in things

In my view this is a normal feeling although it can be very overwhelming. What i have done in those periods which still happen occasionally is tick smaller tasks or goals off my list to reduce the burden. having a burdensome 'to do list' without any tangible positive outcomes is likely causing this. **I am not a doctor of any kind just my experience

I hope everything works out. Detach, plan, prioritise.

What seems so off track and why do you feel powerless?

Everything seems so blurred out and I feel like I'm nowhere close to where I need to be

Why do you believe you need to be in a particular position? Is it because your counterparts are in a particular position or somethign else?
