The Student Room Group

Looking to do a PGGE, but have already had 4 years of funding from SFE

Hello,

Long story short, I have already had 4 years of SFE - I dropped out halfway through year 1 of a course, then did 3 years on another course, which is now completed.

Would I still be eligible for full student finance for the PCGE?

I don't already hold QTS, it would be at University Of Manchester and in PCGE Secondary Business Education.

Thankyou

Hi Chris,

PGCE courses that are 2 years or less are classed as exempt from previous study rules as long as you don't already hold a QTS. Thanks, Jason
