Learner's insurance for my partner

Hi,
I (21m) have recently started to take my partner (20f) out driving in private land to get her used to driving a car. My car is a 1998 BMW 3 Series 323i. I have checked insurance for once she has passed her test and it is only £400/year if part of my policy. However, no learners insurance will cover the car due to being either old or too powerful (it is 2.5 litres but 170hp).
Does anyone know any insurers who would do learners insurance on such a car? She is excited to start driving on the road but want to make sure that the insurance is all done properly beforehand.
The money isn't really a problem to some degree, as it would be cheaper than lessons or buying her a whole new car. But £80/week would probably be the limit realistically.
