Not receiving pms

got an email saying i received one from another user, but when i followed the link it says it is invalid, and its not showing up in my inbox (the other person has sent it twice now and its still not reaching me)
is there anything i can do about this? im not sure if this is for anyone sending me pms or just this user because we've had issues in the past between us sending/receiving pms

I've just sent you a test PM. Can you let me know if that arrives successfully?

Also, it would help the techies at TSR work out what the issue might be if you mentioned what platform you are using. Are you using the app? The web site? If the web site, on mobile or desktop/laptop? Which web browser?

Also, you say following the link doesn't work? Have you tried just manually checking your PM inbox?

You say that you've had similar issues before. How were they resolved last time?

im using the website on a chrome browser on my laptop

tried it, but nothing was there

yeah it's happened before and we've just ended up resending our pms which sometimes works and sometimes hasn't, it's just quite annoying because we end up going weeks between talking sometimes because we're not sure if the other has received it or not
this doesn't tend to happen with anyone else and she said that she has the issue with other people in her pms, so i think it's a problem on her end that still isn't getting fixed. was just wanting to check if there was something wrong with my account too or just hers

sorry to bother, just wanted to check things out

Hi. Sorry you have been having problems with the PMs and thanks for letting us know so we can help fix it. Its no bother to help since there must be a problem here somewhere ☹️

I can't see an obvious issue with your account that may cause PMs to fail. Since DataVenia sent you a PM and that worked, like you said, it could be an issue with the other user you have been messaging and their account. Please could you PM me the name of the other user that you mention above? I'll check and see if anything looks wrong for them. If that looks ok I will pass this on to our development team to see if they can find the problem.

@DataVenia thanks for helping to get this sorted and for sending the test PM!

Hi. Let us know if you do get the message. The problem that 17ZC was having was some messages they were sending/receiving were being caught in our moderation system.

I checked our moderation system and I can't see this happening for you recently, so it might be a different issue. If you get the PM from DataVenia could you PM me and let me know who has been sending you messages that you haven't received please? Feel free to PM it to me to keep it private 🙂
