Student satisfaction rates at KCL for dentistry

Hiii, i am a year 12 student applying to dentistry for 2026 entry. I really like KCL. but I have noticed that the student satisfaction rates a quite low, does anyone know why and is this much of a problem. like this website shows: Dentistry at King's College London | Discover Uni 52% of students only felt like their learning has been supported by staff? and 25% were only positive about organisation and communication... and according to this website is 62%: https://www.thecompleteuniversityguide.co.uk/league-tables/rankings/dentistry-.
Is this much of a concern? because based on my research I really liked what KCL offers in terms of resources and course content
