Look at the course in each year and compare and maybe think about intake size. Then consider the size of uni (smaller ones may have a more personal feel) and type ie campus/city and then its location and really think about what you prefer/like or suits you best. Think about opportunities for placement years, accomodation options and location etc. Good luck

For Nat Sci, compare each course very carefully - different subject combinations, different subject pathways, different non-science subject options etc - these courses are very different at each University. And any sort of work-placement or study abroad is a major plus for your graduate CV.

Hi @The_A_Girl
Congratulations on all of your offers! Whilst i don't study natural sciences at Lancaster, i can talk about the university more broadly. I've really enjoyed my time at Lancaster, the university and city have a great community feel, which is partly helped by Lancaster's college system which acts as smaller communities on campus that runs lots of events throughout the year and can offer lots of support. Further, the campus has excellent facilities within the departments as well as other study and social spaces on campus, with the options for on campus or city center accommodation throughout your degree there's lots of options available. Additionally, Lancaster city center is really historic with a wide range of shops, cafes and bars, and Lancaster is well connected to other areas of the UK, with London and Edinburgh being under 2.5hrs, and Manchester, Liverpool and the Lake District around 1 hour away.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
