gcse grades for dentistry

hi all,
all of the teachers at sixth form have been reminding us that dentistry is a really competitive course. can i apply with these gcse grades? i take biology chemistry maths and i haven’t received any predicteds yet. i think im the most concerned about my english language, i know it’s the requirement but am i at a disadvantage?
