Need help deciding between Uni's ASAP

I got an offer from both Cardiff and UAL for Architecture (Both of the grade offers are AAB), I can't choose between the two and the deadline to do first and second choice is on the 5th of June, (which is approaching). Please help.

London (expensive), Cardiff (cheaper).
Are they both accredited by RIBA.
Which has a work-placement - a big plus.

I live in London so it's technically cheaper for me to go to UAL. I don't think either of these degrees have work placements.

Search for the end-of-year degree shows to see the type of work being produced by students. Also consider what links the departments have to local (or national) architecture practices. It's very competitive to get a part 1 job so any contacts you can build during your degree will help. What are the staff specialisms? Are there trips/study abroad? Do you get a dedicated work space in the department or do you have to transport your work in every day? Is the software you need during the course provided for free?

Hiya!

Congratulations on getting offers to study at both amazing Unis!
I am a student at Cardiff and I am currently in the Welsh School of Architecture (WSA) and it is amazing! I love it here, the uni, the city, the school, the teachers, the students, its so good! Here are some key reasons I love it and think its so worth coming here!

Continues to rank in the top 5 schools for architecture in the UK

Lovely building (Bute Building) and facilities

Amazing staff - friendly, experts in their field, and wealth of experience

2nd best Students' union in the country - and it lives up to that!

Proximity of everything, you can walk everywhere, for me nothing is more than a 15 minute walk, most students all live in an area called cathays, which also enhances and contributes to the great sense of community and student community in the area!

Beautiful city, lots to do, lots of parks and greenery

Great opportunities for career development, especially with our yearly WSA Exhibition, where hundred of people come from all around the UK to primarily view the work of Architecture students!

And if you continue to do a masters, work experience is required, and greatly benefits your experience and studies.

I hope this helps!
Is there anything I can expand on for you?
