Hello, I want to ask you how can I get work experience in physiotherapy. As I have done my bachelors in physiotherapy from outside the UK.

You may want to go look at different local hospitals in your area and see if they offer volunteering ( you can go on their websites . You can email them and tell them what you’re looking for alongside your qualifications then they will see if they can accommodate you

You need to register with the HCPC before you can work in the UK. Have a look at the following:

Step one: bravely email every physio clinic in a 20-mile radius like it’s a job interview you already got. Step two: repeat until someone says yes or mistakes you for staff

They won't be considered unless their overseas qualification is approved by the HCPC.

Yes I got volunteer work for king’s college hospital but they are offering me ward based role but with dementia patients so I’m bit confused either it will be beneficial for me or not as I am looking for physiotherapy.
