Financial Statistics

I’m in 1st year studying accounting & finance, I know for a fact I’ve failed my finance exams and will have to resit in August.
I was wondering if anyone can give me any tips on how to study financial statistics properly, I feel like I can’t understand the lecturers/ tutors ways of teaching and I’ve struggled so much this year. I’m also a mature student and many of my class mates are a few years younger than me and at different life stages so I haven’t really connected with them as much as I would have, so I don’t really have a study group.

I’m contemplating switching finance for something else. If anyone has any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated

if you feel you are behind check if your university has any online material or books you can use. sometimes using Youtube for bite sized chunks of related material can assist with digesting a topic you are struggling with. speak to other students as others may be struggling with the same thing too and set up a study group. hope that helps
