Birmingham City University -- no email responses?

Hi all -- is something going on over at BCU? I found these articles online:

I've been emailing them since the beginning of May about my admission to the university, and I haven't gotten any replies from any of the bcu email addresses relevant to my concern. I'm starting to think either their email client has been down, or that everyone's on holiday? Or, as suggested by the articles -- on strike?

Im in the admissions stage and need to submit documents to get my CAS, and I haven't gotten even an email of receipt despite multiple follow-ups. I hope things are alright. Anyone here know what's happening?

Hi, sorry to hear this. You should definitely be getting a response if using the correct email address.

If you're an international student, contact the team here: https://www.bcu.ac.uk/international/contact-us

If the international team isn't the right one then I'd recommend contacting our pre-entry enquiries team [email protected] they work Monday - Friday and are very responsive and helpful, they'll be able to point you in the right direction.
