Hi all. I have a double bed ensuite based in the city centre which I am looking for somebody to fill. Must be an Exeter student of course.
I have put down £200 advance rent which you will avoid paying yourself. The rent is £192/pw.
It is in private halls hosted by Host Accommodation.
