Glasgow Summer School

hii i have an offer to study history at uni of glasgow on the conditions that i get BBBB at higher and complete the widening participation summer school.

I have been wondering what that actually entails because the website doesnt really say much about what you do on it and i still havent received any timetable or similar?

if anyone who has done the summer school in the past could tell me what its like that would be sooo appreciated ty

thought id update incase it was useful for anyone else but i have my first lesson tomorrow! The moodle is very useful once you get access to your courses so you know what youre getting into. Im kinda gutted tho cause ive been given english lit as my second subject beside history and i absolutely hate english but i guess ill live 💔 The academic skills module just sucks too like there are the most silly tasks and 100 billion videos to watch. Overall i kinda wish i just took the AAAAB offer so i didnt have to do summer school but whatever its good prep for uni

thank you!! my lessons went well tbf i enjoyed this history ones very much i think its a really good transition from school to uni life and i would say the same about english. Butttttt i just dont like english at all so i cannot say that i liked it lol. Summer school is making me sooooo excited to come to glasgow in september tho so yay!!
