I am so tired

I am 38 years old, I have a son and fiance. My life is stagnant, I am jobless, no car. My son's mother acts disrespectful, I have been backstabbed by very close friends. My dreams are not fulfilled even though I try so hard. I am so exhausted, I have no will to do anything. I dont know what help I need thus far
