Have you read this page on the LJMU web site, which is specifically targeted at international students? It says:

"Students have the option to pay their fees in full or in three equal instalments minus any internal scholarships. The enrolment fee is due before enrolment. Please see the instalment plan page for further information."

By the way, I've moved this thread to the LJMU forum, where you're more likely to find people who know how things work there.

I know this information but IFY has a specific system they said you have to pay all the tuition fees before enrollment. Now I have 9250Β£ ready converted . The outstanding will be 2250Β£ it takes longer than the deadline to ne converted so that why I asked if there is any possibility to pay the 2250Β£ per installment.

My apologies. I hadn't initially realised that the International Foundation Year is offered by LJMU's International Study Centre, rather than the university itself. The ISC has its own web site (www.ljmuisc.com), and it's own rules with regards to fees.

That web site confirms what you have said above, namely that you are initially required to pay Β£9,260, comprised of:
β€’ Β£1,000 security deposit
β€’ Β£260 administration fee
β€’ Β£8,000 advance tuition fees payment

The "outstanding balance of tuition fees as set out in your offer letter" is due "28 days prior to your programme start date" (source).

If you won't be able to pay the outstanding balance by this date, then I suggest you contact the International Study Centre directly for advice.
