Looking for a new housemate to join our friendly 5-bedroom student house in the popular Weston area of Bath. You'll be sharing with four other students in a spacious terraced home featuring:
- 3 double and 2 single bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- Open-plan kitchen and lounge
- Rear patio garden
- On-street permit parking

The room is available from 2nd July 2025 at £180 per week (excluding bills). Bills are managed separately among housemates.
The house is ideally located close to local amenities on Chelsea Road and offers easy access to both Bath Spa University and the University of Bath via nearby bus routes. Oldfield Park train station is also within walking distance.
