Gcse physcis rounding

In edexel igcse physics, the rule of thumb is the same sig figs as used in the question. That is what my school said. Now i am stressing because i usually do 1 more than in the question and i did in paper 1. Do they accept this???? Please help im stressing cause i need a good grade for a level

Unless it specifically states in the question "round you answer to 3 significant figures" I'm sure there will be lenience. Maybe check your past mark schemes to check whether they accept more than the given significant figures. Remember, there's still Paper 2 - focus on that for you cannot change the past. Good luck.
