Need someone to take over my tenancy in a popular property next to Mill Hall Student block, a 3 minute walk from the city centre.
Rent is £127pppw with bills included and a £150 security deposit.
3-story house on the end of a terrace, plenty of light and a lot of extra amenities. The downstairs has a shared living room with a flat screen Smart TV, this comes with Freeview and playback. The kitchen comes with necessary appliances like a microwave, kettle, two large fridge/freezers and an oven, it also includes a dishwasher and extra crockery.
There is a laundry area with a downstairs toilet, as well as a washer and dryer.The house has central heating and double glazing, a free termly clean and unlimited super fast-fibre broadband included.
