Sutton Bonnington social life

Hi, I am going to be studying vet med at Nottingham Uni, and will be living on the Sutton Bonnington campus.
I understand that Sutton Bonnington is a quiet campus, but i'm just wondering what social stuff actually happens on the campus on a weekly basis? (I'm not necessarily into clubbing) but love the idea of hanging out in each others flats etc...

There are over 2000 students on SB, so there is bound to be some things going on during the week. In a similar fashion to University Park, Sutton Bonington have their own their own student officers for various things, student course and school representatitves, societies, halls, libraries, food outlets and so forth. They run lots of good events, including a regular Farmers Market. In general, atmosphere seems to be more laid back than UP based on other students' inputs.
