Hey,
Today I got an email saying "Your application for student finance is incomplete - More details are required for Academic Year 2025/26". They said my application is on hold as they need some evidence for eligibility. However, they have not mentioned what exactly do they need. I dont kn what they are asking for. Also i have not applied online, i have applied by post for SFE. So, if anyone can tell me what to do, it would be really appreciated. Thanks...

Hey, I tried calling but no one was picking up. So, i got that email again about "awaiting eligibility evidence". But i have already uploaded by share code and provisional licence so i don't know what to submit..
