Salary for BAE aerospace engineering degree apprenticeship

Hi, I just wanted to ask about how the salary starts as a degree apprentice for aerospace engineering at BAE in Salmesbury, and what it increases to after like 10 years. Will the salary increase to like £40k/£50k at some point?

Your best bet is probably linkedIn and pinging some current apprentices. It's the most direct way of getting the information you want :smile:

. I think it's fairly common you end up working at 50k at the end of the 5 years. However it's something i've been thinking about a lot recently.

If it's 50k right now, in a couple years its not going to be worth as much as it is now, and whether you can negotiate the difference into your starting salary (on the basic that CURRENT engineers at the time you start the apprenticeship will likely be getting an annual increase or bonus?)
