Cathedral Campus room available in Liverpool

My son is not taking up his offer of a place at the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts so his room at Cathedral Campus is available for the academic year 2025/26. It's a Silver Non Ensuite double room - very handy for all the Liverpool universities - £563pcm from September 2025 to July 2026. Please let me know if you're interested in taking the room - thanks!

I believe Cathedral should release you from the contract as the place at LIPA will not be taken up. LIPA should be able to provide sanctuary students with proof. It will save you the trouble of having to find a replacement tenant.
