PCEP
Hello! I submitted an application with my local force and completed the National Sift which tested the competencies and values for the role in which I scored 70% in my first attempt. Completing both the situational judgement test and behavioural style questionnaire. I just wanted to ask the next phase of the process the Online Assessment Centre (OAC) when does that tend to happen? How long did it take you to hear back after doing your National Sift? What is expected please? And any-ways I can be able to be best prepared for it and can practice please.
