Phd in education

I hold a Master’s in Education from the University of Nottingham, UK with Credit. A Diploma in Education from Ghana, and a Bachelor’s degree in Education, also from Ghana. And l have been into teaching for more than a decade.
I want to pursue a PhD in Education or a related field.

Please can you advise me on funding opportunities available in the UK, the USA and Australia?

Hi!
In terms of funding, there are several routes you can explore. Many UK universities, including LJMU, offer competitive doctoral scholarships that may cover tuition fees and sometimes include a living stipend. These are often linked to specific research areas, so it's a good idea to look into whether your interests align with ongoing work at the university.

Given that you've already studied in the UK, you might also be eligible for alumni benefits or international scholarships, depending on the university. I’d really recommend getting in touch with the postgraduate research office here at LJMU or your chosen institution they can provide personalised guidance on both opportunities and the application process.
If you'd like, I can also help connect you with the right team here at LJMU to support your next steps. Wishing you all the best as you move forward with your plans!
