I use flora which grows me a garden every time i do a set amount of work, i do it with a friend sometimes which makes it funner
•
I turn it into a competition with my friends to see who can get it done first (i am a competitive person)
•
I reward myself for doing a certain amount of words
•
Going to a cafe like costa coffee or Starbucks as being in a more productive and calmer setting makes it easier to be less distracted and also makes me motivated for some reason
•
Doing work in front of someone that makes sure i'm not distracted (i do this when i'm home from uni as mum makes sure i do my work
•
Do something that makes me feel focused like going to the gym or drawing, this makes me want to be more productive so i then do my work
•
Remind myself of what happens if i don't do the work and how it will affect me
•
Remind myself of what doing the work will help me achieve in the future, e.g passing the course means i can get a degree or go to uni etc
