I’m Samuel Ockendon, a postgraduate student at The Open University, currently conducting important research into mental health support access among serving and former UK Army personnel.
🎯 My study explores:
What barriers may prevent personnel from seeking mental health support
How stigma and accessibility impact help-seeking behaviour
What might encourage more people to reach out when in need
📝 I’m inviting participants (aged 18+) with current or past UK Army service to complete a short, anonymous online survey. It takes just 10–15 minutes, and all responses are treated with strict confidentiality.
