It's a bit wordy but there's no harm in that. Your title doesn't imply a specific outcome, which is good as it allows for your investigation to be impartial. Personally, I would condense it to "To What Extent Has Human Activity impacted the Natural Landscape in The Lake District?" just so you aren't narrowed down to tourism alone since there might be other human factors at play, but of course, you'll have 9 months to tweak things up if anything changes (which it inevitably will).
