I cant figure out what third subject I want to do...should I pick Media?

I want to pick Psychology, Biology...and I dont know Media too?

But the thing is, I also want to go abroad for my actual college experience too, specifically the US (stay with me on this one) to Brown University, which is an Ivy League. Most people say Media is far too easy which is putting me off, though it sounds extremely interesting to me as I *love* breaking down films and their meaning. I also am rather interested in the coursework i could get given (unless i have to work with people).

Plus it seems Psychology and Biology are already really hard so I might choose it to even it out.

Honestly I’d say pick media because your going to get a better grade that another subject because you enjoy it more.

Hey!
It’s great that you’ve already got a clear idea of what you enjoy and where you want to aim for and it’s smart to be thinking about your subject choices now!

If you’re drawn to Media that genuine interest can really help you stay motivated and do well. It might be seen as "easier" by some, but if it’s something you care about and can succeed in, that’s what matters. Especially since Psychology and Biology are already quite content-heavy, having a subject you’re passionate about could help balance things out.

I’d definitely recommend checking Brown’s (and any other US universities you're considering) admissions requirements to just ensure you are meeting these with your choices. As long as you’re meeting the requirements, choosing a subject you’re genuinely interested in is never a bad decision!

Good luck, sounds like you're planning ahead really thoughtfully! 😊

Thank you so much, your words of advice and encouragement speak to me and I'll definitely check my options just in case it qualifies for brown university

Keep in mind 3 A*s is far, far from enough for Ivies - what matters most is your extracurricular profile. DofE gold isn't going to cut it.
