I can't help with the online assessment; I never did one. However the bleep test is relatively straight forward. The College of Policing website has an audio file of the official bleep test here: https://www.college.police.uk/support-forces/health-safety-welfare/job-related-fitness-standards

Do not use anything else - for example off Youtube or a 3rd party app - many of them have incorrect timings.

Some forces have a 3/7 bleep test, whereas most are on 5/4. 3/7 is pretty much impossible to fail unless you have serious health issues as you will be doing little more than walking quickly.

5/4 should be within the reach of almost everyone. Measure it out and give it a go. If you are anywhere even close on your first try - as in you are getting to mid-level 4, then it's only really a matter of application and being properly hydrated etc on the day. If you aren't getting to level 4, then some training is going to be required because it's not "in your mind". It's a very difficult thing to simulate - I would suggest working out a route of about 600m to start - then walking 100m, jogging 100m and doing that every other day. After a week, up it to 1km - which is about the total distance of the 5/4 bleep test. If you need a rough guide maybe do two lamp posts walking, two lamp posts jogging. When you're comfortable having done that for a week or two (every other day) up it to two days on, one rest. Then gradually increase your jogging speed. If you can do that for a few weeks, there should be no reason at all for not passing.
