Submit the wrong file

Recently I have submitted a reinforcement coursework and I just received the marks and I realised that the board could not see my report pdf somehow I don't know whether is the teacher's issue or mine but I have already submitted it. So what should I do should I contact the professor to raise this issue as I was marked zero and what will be the outcome, will it more likely to remark it and give me the mark I should have?

Contact the professor and explain the situation but also copy in your course tutor/supervisor straight away. Then follow up with your tutir/supervisor and ask for their advice and support in getting this resolved. Them.being aware and having their support could be important.

Thank you so much for your suggestion just got back news from the professor that the report can be marked but capped at 40% which is still great as long as it is not marked as zero! Thanks for your suggestion again! Xx
