NHS learning fund

Hi, I have a question
Basically, I’m resitting GCSE maths and I’m stuck on a grade three.
I’ve gotten my A-level grades in order to do my adult nursing degree, however it’s just maths I really struggle with and is holding me back. I’m pretty sure that if I fail my maths, I can do a foundation year for my degree to focus on maths alongside it so I’ll still be in uni.

However, I’m just wondering if i’ll still be able to have the NHS learning fund bursary? I’ve booked accommodation because my home life isn’t the best and I genuinely will not be able to success due to how it is at home, and I’m just afraid I’ll be short on money with my maintenance alone, because my maintenance loan is 12k and my rent is 8k for the year (all inc.) Whereas the extra 5k from the nhs bursary helped me out a lot financially. Do you think the extra 4K would be enough for me w/o the nhs bursary if i still lived in my accom?

Nice replies are welcome! Thank u for ur time!!!

You won't receive the NHS LSF for the foundation year. If you budget well, you should be able to manage on £4k but you could also consider a part-time job during that year as your course won't be as intense as during your nursing degree.
