Hmm I think that would depend on what you mean?
Do you mean you left the room of the examination and there are still people taking the same paper in that room (eg, extra time or different circumstances)? Then probably not because the rest of the people can’t access phones and such in the exam hall or hear you talk. When you exit you leave exam conditions.
If they tell you to put your pens down and you immediately start talking that could be something to worry about. Technically you are still under exam conditions and some people in that room may still be taking that exam or another exam, so you’re either disturbing them or maybe accidentally dropping information you shouldn’t be saying.
I think it’s down to the exam board, your school and other factors. I’m not completely sure as this has never happened in my exams and I’m not sure if they have to tell you the consequence of the actions.
