SOAS Accomodation recommendations ?
What’s the best accommodation for a SOAS student in their early 20s ?
I’m hoping to meet new people and have a proper Freshers experience, so somewhere social is important to me. That said, I’m also a bit high maintenance so I’d really prefer an ensuite with a decent shower (curly hair problems). Any advice or recommendations would be seriously appreciated !

What is your budget?
Dinwiddy House is SOAS-only undergraduate hall with ensuite rooms. Don't expect too much on hall management and support.
London Uni intercollegiate halls may not suit you as most rooms have shared bathrooms.
There are several private sector student halls in the area, but are super expensive, except Helen Graham but majority of rooms are not ensuite.

Hi there,
SOAS has a variety of options available for accommodation. Garden Halls are just an 8 minute walk from campus which is very convenient, and they also offer ensuites! It is also an accommodation for both undergraduate and postgraduate students, which is a great way for you to socialise with different people.
There are other options which are fit with your preference of a private space such as Stay Club Camden offering studio rooms.
