Hi there, I’m currently renting a studio listed here: https://www.purplefrogproperty.com/student-accommodation/property-20051/. It’s £860/month with all bills included, fully furnished, and about a 15-minute walk to UoB.
I only need the studio until December 2025, so I’m urgently looking for another student to take over the tenancy from January 2026 through to July 2026. Would you be able to help me find a replacement tenant or advise on how best to go about this?
