applying for uni, specifically medicine at qmul

Hi
I wanted to find out whether its worth me applying to qmul or any russel group uni to study medicine. My teachers are still deciding my predictions but I'm guessing according to my mocks I'll be predicted AAB or AAA.
I really want to study at qmul but their entry requirements/ predicted requirements are A*AA. is it worth still applying if i get predicted AAA or do i give up (
