2025 Study on empathy towards an individual who has committed serial murder

Hi! I am conducting a study for my MSc that investigates people's judgments of a man who's committed serial murder. You are invited to participate in this research if you are above the age of 18 years old and can write and understand in English. The study will consist of a series of questions assessing certain traits and characteristics, followed by a short scenario describing a serial murder case and details about the perpetrator. This study is anonymous and has received ethical approval (2025_20062). It will take approx. 20 minutes to complete.
