A-Level Computer Science

What would you say the pros and cons are of Computer Science at A-Level and what were your experiences like?
I made a rash decision and picked psychology because I was having a hard time and thought I had trauma. Now my parents are mad/disappointed in me (not helpful) so I'm taking responsibility on my own accord to find the pros and cons of potential subjects.
Thanks!

I could go on and on with pros. CS is rlly fun as long as u put your head down and pay attention. Paper 1 content won’t send your head spinning like other subjects and its really enjoyable if you have a decent teacher. But please, don’t underestimate the coursework. I though it would be a fun little quirky project that I could do in my free time. That was my mistake, it will come at you FAST. Not trying to scare you, overall it’s a really really fun subjects, if you enjoy computers already then I’d argue you already have a bit of an advantage

I mean all A'levels are "hard", but if you enjoy it, then it's not going to feel as hard.

CS at A'level is like the GCSE, but with extra content. The biggest thing to do would be the NEA, which is a labour of love (depending on how much you love programming).

If you're not very technical, then you may struggle a lot
