I have been thinking about the two books i have to compare with, i am really interested in Dracula by Bram stoker but i am not sure what the best book to compare it too and the question to answer, is there any ideas?

You could compare it to another gothic novel and have the question be something around how the genre is used in each book? Some examples are Frankenstein, picture of Dorian gray, rebecca
You could also pick out a theme to compare across novels, like fear of the unknown, supernatural, good Vs evil, salvation. There's lots of books that could fit these themes
Or you could maybe compare the use of vampires in different novels? What they're used to represent etc.
Hope this helps. I personally did Frankenstein and yellow wallpaper for mine and would recommend either of those texts

i did dracula and compared it to Hamlet! I got an A*. Context around the 2 is similar so makes good comparison points.

i did frankenstein and got an A* its a great book to do, also would deffo reccomend Rebecca

I just did my NEA, and I compared Dracula with the Little Stranger by Sarah Waters. I really enjoyed the two together
