Parent won't give evidence for maintenance loan, how do I change application?

So I applied for the maximum maintenance loan based on household income. However my parent decided not to provide evidence or be any part of the process. I now have to change my application to apply for the minimum non-income assessed loan.

It seems the only way is to fill out and post a form to request to change the maintenance loan amount.

I was wondering if there was another way, or if my parent could refuse to send evidence and then I'd just be approved for the minimum?
You can upload forms/documents on your online account with a cover letter instead of posting physical copies

Hi there, if your application is only awaiting sponsor information, you can contact us either over the phone or via live chat to request the application be non means tested only and a referral can be sent on your behlf to request this. If there are any further actions required other than the sponsor information, we may not be able to do this however. To access our live chat service from your online account, select 'undergraduate' and then ‘contact us’. From here you will be able to use our live chat service when it is available. Our opening hours are stated on our ‘contact us’ page. Thanks, Stephen.
