Btec sport level 1/2
Has anyone ever done skiing as their sport? What is the required footage and do you have to have footage in a competition setting?

Hi, not quite sure what you mean. My son is doing Btec sport and it's not like PE, you don't have to choose a sport. The Btec has modules about leadership, anatomy, lifestyle indicators etc... we actually run a ski club and have often done the video footage for GCSE, but never had a btec request. You can look at the exam body spec...if it's Pearson, you won't need to choose a sport. You do have to be videoed teaching a session, which has to be done at school. Hope that helps.
