I have a reserved Medium Studio room at Scape Shoreditch at £495 per week contract for 55 weeks.
I already reserved it and gave an initial deposit, but I later changed my mind to rent out a flat with a friend.
The studio is spacious with a lot of communal areas and close access to Old Street station. I paid £990 for initial deposit and it's placed away from the elevator for less noise. If you are like me and don't want to stay there for summer, Scape has summer stays programmes.
I know you might think it would be easier to just book through Scape, but they don't allow me to cancel my reservation without forfeiting my deposit so someone please do a good deed (I can cover 190 of the deposit if you take it over).
