Unipol or Private accomodation (Help!)

I'm moving to Leeds in September and I've been looking at private student halls because all the LBU ones have been booked except for Mill street.
Does anyone have any experience living in any of the following accommodations and could provide some insight?

-Oak House
-Tribeka
-Tannery
-Refinery
-Store House

It's been very overwhelming during what is reasonable and not just a fluffed up website. Should renting directly from Unipol be my priority?
