Need help with comparative theory 9 markers!

Im in year 12 studying aqa government and politics, and i'm struggling on the comparative theory 9 markers. Im not sure how to structure my point sentence, it may sound like a silly problem, but I also had this issue during GCSEs for english. I can't find many model answers, and the ones i found have confusing point sentences so I'm getting more confused!

It would help if you could give me tips and an explanation on the structure of the answer or even send a model answer.

Hi! I'm a Year 13 whose predicted an A for AQA politics. If you want I can send you a model answer I did for a comparative 9 marker that got 8/9 (my teacher is really harsh and never gives our 9/9's haha 😅) Let me know!
