Uni of Sheffield Students please help

I have an offer to study joint honours english lit and history at AAB.

I may be overthinking it but i feel as though history went pear-shaped, and i was just wondering whether anyone missed their conditions and still got in? If it helps i got an offer based on predicted grades of ABC, which may be because i got diagnosed with ADHD sort of mid-y13 and most of my grades have improved since, but i’m very much stressed about it all. any advice would help, thanks!

If you have a formal diagnosis of ADHD then ask your school to email a letter to both your Firm and Insurance choices to explain how this impacted your studies. Some Unis may want a specific form completed, but often a school letter suffices. You need to get this organised ASAP as many Unis have a cut-off for this sort of notification. This may allow 'extra consideration' if you just miss your offer, but this is not guaranteed, and it will depend on the pressure for places.

Aside from this, the simple answer to 'will I be accepted if I miss my offer' is that no-one knows, not even the Unis. It will depend entirely on the grades everyone else achieves, how many are accepted vs places available, and how that Uni decides to fill any spaces, if any, that remain. Try not to worry. Its all outside your control, and you have probably done far better than you imagine.
