LNAT Warning – Don’t Waste Your Time (or Money) on Arbitio!!!
Hi guys,
If you’re starting your LNAT prep, do not fall into the trap of using Arbitio. Genuinely one of the worst platforms I’ve come across.
I submitted my essay over three weeks before my exam – no feedback, nothing. Chased them three times by email and was completely ignored.
Their "daily digests" often link to paywalled articles, so unless you’re up for forking out another subscription, it’s pointless.
The practice tests are not only unnecessarily hard, but they’re also not representative of the actual LNAT at all – just ends up knocking your confidence.
Customer support? Absolutely non-existent. I emailed them seven times over multiple issues and didn’t get a single reply. You’re basically paying for a site that gives you articles and the answers are hard to understand and they don't really teach you much.
Seriously, use with caution – or better yet, don’t use it at all. There are way better alternatives out there. Try downloading prep books from Anna’s Archive or using other free resources. Don’t get scammed by Arbitio like I did.

As above, please remember that outfits like this are entirely commercial, they only exist to make money out of the gullible. You do not need to waste you money on them, they cannot actually help you get a Law offer and there are plenty of other, cheaper, and more reliable ways of preparing yourself for LNAT.

I agree! I paid for the most expensive course to have personal statement feedback and they never replied to any of my emails or provided any feedback at all. When I contacted for a partial refund they never replied either

do not waste your time and money on arbitio.
if a company has the slightest intention to conduct its business, then it'll not ignore customer request constantly, it'll not knowingly selling loads of subscription while the website is in constant status of crashing / defunct / no response / out of order. so you'd wonder if it's in the business of collecting money only, never thought about providing service.

Honestly, i wholeheartedly agree. Been sitting on a practise test waiting for it load all morning and it still hasn't loaded. I thought it would be beneficial. The concept is great but the execution and lack of care that arbitio management has is appalling.
