Accommodation offer worries

How come when I click "edit" on the select payment method on the page to pay for my accommodation offer deposit, it doesn't work? Can you truly not change it? If so, how?

I would suggest contacting the accommodation directly to raise the issue as it sounds like there is a few technical difficulties from your end which isn't your fault! They should let you know what you need to do next in order to solve the problem and will reassure you that your place is all fine! A quick search on their website should allow you to find an email or phone number.

Did you pay the deposit when you booked the accommodation and have just forgot that you did this? That could potentially be another reason why it is not coming up. Also I did not have to leave a deposit for my first year accommodation so have you checked if a deposit is definitely required?
