what year are you in?
also 12 hours is a bit much don't burn yourself out i have my actual biology GCSE and i think I've barely done 12 hours total revision

unless you're in year 11, don't do rush many past papers. save it for real year 11 mocks and then actual revision around the actual gcses. last year i did 1 past paper for each subject, keep it to only that much and instead do practice questions per topic because really you want to be saving the actual past papers for near gcses

Pace yourself...if you complete too many past papers now, you will have no fresh ones to practice with just before your actual exams. I would recommend doing 1 or 2 past papers per mock for biology and focusing on securing content as in the months you will want to prioritize exam technique but you will need the energy and the past papers to do that in the first place. You can spend as much of the day revising as you want but make sure you get enough sleep as it is crucial in solidifying all the revision you have done (and will make it easier to revise when you reach your final exams which you should always aim to plan for).
